I have the following situation… i have one domino server, with mail and applications, but right now with problems storage, and performance, really i have to do something, and i don´t know what, if separate applications in another domino server, or/with cluster… can somebody guide me?

I believe it would be best to seperate your applications from your mail to a different server.
That gives you 2 servers. Then once they are seperated, then you should look at clustering the 2 servers into 2 more servers. That would give you failover capability. If one server is busy, then the other server will take new requests.
Additionally, that would allow you to manage your mail users better without affecting the applications, and vice versa.
