Just wondering if anyone has established a standard path for fixing client issues in 8.5? (in previous versions I’d usually follow the route of deleting the cache file and if that doesn’t work start removing the desktop file, bookmarks, and the local address book (to allow the client to rebuild them from scratch)).
In 8.5 there’s the workspace folder too - should this be removed and if so will it rebuild?

Subject: only 100% working workaround
run setup.exe, hit change program, klick tru setup w/o chagning anything and let it install agian. goes really fast.user wont lose any settings and such.
thats the only way it will always work again (delete workspace doesnt work all time, and choosing repair in setup does not work too)

P.S.
Most times Notes wont start when following happened:

bluescreen while notes was running
-
hibernate / sleep mode while Notes was running, i tihnk 8.5.1 fixes some of these issues
