What permissions are needed for Notes Users

Good Morning,

I’m hoping someone can answer this question for me. What rights do users need to use the Notes Client?

Do they have to be a Power User in Windows, or can they just have full rights to certain folders without being a power user?

Thank you for any information you can give me.

The users can have limited rights on the PC, but all users should have full access to the notes program directory and all subdirectories.
