Hello,What is the maximum number of mail rules you can have in your mail file in v8?
Has the number increased from v6 (which I believe is 100)

It’s not counting by the number of rules, but the Rule view size. It was 32k in R7 and R851. Will forward the question to dev to provide more detail info.
I’ve checked w/ Dev. The limitation has been 32k in R6 through R8.

And 8.52 has the same 32K limit.

Rules information is stored in the CalendarProfile note, in the $FilterFormula_n items on the note. The sum of the size of each of these items is the rules size.

The 32k limit is a deeply frustrating one and in comparison with what you can do in other mail systems, pretty near to making Notes look somewhat incompetent as a Corporate tool.
Presumably it is embedded deep in the design of the Notes engine - but it’s poor and has just bitten me badly too as a particularly complex set of rules I rely on stopped working three days ago and I couldn’t work out why.
