Hi All,

what the difference between the two option for spell check

  1. More - preference - “spell- check before sending the message”

  2. Delivery option - “Auto spell check”

  1. More - preference - “spell- check before sending the message”- this is the default mail option and can be set via server policy. Every new memo will inherit this setting.

  2. Delivery option - “Auto spell check”

  • this is initially set from the “More - Preference” setting but you can uncheck it to bypass spell check for that specific message (or check it to spell check). Whatever you do here won’t apply to the next new memo.

Subject: Spell Check

Auto spell check checks your spelling as you type your memo. Check-before-sending does just that - checks the entire memo at the same time before releasing it.
