Hi,
I replaced the design of one my user’s mail file to R85 Mail. He’s using Notes 8.5. But our server is Domino 7.0.2. After this, i can’t open his mail file from the Notes client.
The error reads like this,
CWPCA6013E: Failed to connect with server: ServerName/OrgUnitName/Organisation due to a network error. Make sure that the server is available, and you are connected to the newtork, and have passed through necessary firewalls. Also, verify server Account information.
I don’t think its due to the template change. Because i’ve done it for myself in Notes 8.5.1 and is working good. But the mail file on the server is accessible via DWA.
(I just wanted to post in the forum before going for IBM Support)
What should i do?
