What happens to Document Security when Switching between Forms?

I am looking for insight into to what happens to security assoiciated with a document, if you open and save it with multiple Forms, (if there are differences between the Form Poperties Security Privledges.)

Does the security model update with each new form used, or does it remain based on the original form used to create it?

To the best of my knowledge, those secutrity settings are used to control the backend document as it’s being Saved. So they won’t effect the already open document in the UI.

So if you switch to a form that has a Reader specified in the properties, and then save the document, the stored version is now protected with that reader’s field.
