What happens if multiple XPage fields are bound to the same doc field?

• I have a data field, and I have dojo dialogs that use that data field, and for simplicity I have the “form” and dialogs bound to the same document field. I’m thinking this is a Bad Thing! ™

Any thoughts on that? Thanks for your time…
