Hello,What does the Update Tasks agent in the Mail file do?
Does it change the To Do status from “Not Started” to “In Progress” in any To Do docs when their start date has been reached.
Can this be enabled from File → Preferrences menu or must you enable it from the designer?
There is a user who’s To Dos are not switching from “Not Started” to “In Progress” when the ToDo start date arrives.
