I have an scheduled agent that is suppose to send out reminders but it never seems to work and I’ve never been able to figure out why. It runs manually. And if I test it, it says that it will update so many documents, but it never sends any of the reminders for overdue documents. This database was originally cloned from another database that works. The original database is on one server. It has just a plain server icon. The cloned database is on a second server. This one has a server icon with a yellow key. I wonder…could this have anything to do with why the agent doesn’t seem to work? Thanks.

Yes, I did. And I’ve verified it numerous times. Can’t figure out why it doesn’t work. There is a hidden reader field on the form but it is blank. It is not being used in this database and users have no opportunity to set it. This is a carry over from the original database. Do I need to make the server an author on all the documents. Since there are controlled access sections, maybe it’s not allowed to read the fields it needs?
