What all needs to be resigned when an Admin leaves

A primary Notes/Domino Administrator has left the company. The security team wants this person deleted. I’m looking for a post, tech note, guidance insight…as to what all may be impacted with the deletion of this user. Policies, Settings Documents… will agents signed by this person no longer run properly if the account is deleted? If so, is there an easy way to find the agents that the person signed? Thanks in advance for your help. John

You also want ti ensue that any items sent to the Administrator for the Admin Process or through DDM are sent to the new administrator

Subject: Do a search in the Groups view for his name

Search in the groups view to see what groups he might have been in before you delete him (and the adminp process removes him from groups). Then you can decide to replace that name with another if needed.

Plus what all the other folks said about the server doc and security fields, signing designs, etc.

Subject: Sign

I would check the server docs to see what I is allowed to run restricted /unrestricted agents. Suggestion would be is to have 2 diff id that sign these type of agents. If this user is list as able to run these agents then you really should resign all the agents/databases with a special id.

You needs to check and make sure the user is not the only one listed as owner listed on all docs in the db . I that is the case add and admin group. Also sso docs have been known to be a issue as well.

once you do the above add the user into the deny access group. I would keep the person doc and id file just in case.
