Welcome Page ----Whoever logs in should open their own mail box

Hi All,

I created a customised welcome page and added in my bookmark.ntf and recreated the bookmark.nsf on my PC ( locally)

When I log in as me , and I open Lotus Notes , I get the cutomised welcome page and when I click on the email button , on the customised welcome page , it opens my email.

If a user logs on my machine with his ID , (Say my Manager logs in on my machine with his id) and when he open Lotus Notes he gets the customised welcome page and when he clicks on the Email Button on the customised welcome page , it still opens my email…How can he be able to open his email automatically.

Please advise, need help

The information is drawn from the location document. As long as your mail file is specified in the current location document, that’s what happens.

If he would open the customized welcome page from his own machine (with a location document pointing to his mail file), he should see his own mail file, not yours.
