We have a Custom Welcome Page pushed out to all users. A minority of users have to make several attempts before they can log on. Some cannot log on at all. After entering their password, the frames ‘build’ and then the client locks. The problem is intermittent and only apparent in the Eclipse version, i.e. there does not appear to be a problem when logging in using the basic version via nlnotes.exe. Any help would be appreciated. Both Windows XP and Vista clients are affected as are 8.0.1 and 8.0.2 clients.
