I am working with a user who gets an error when he tries to open any database, using a Notes client, on any of our servers. He gets the Notes error “Server Error: block size illegal for BPOOL” and can go no further. Notes does not crash; no NSD diagnostic report is generated. Both the user and server are running 6.53 on XP. The user states that he is not running any unusual software nor has he modified his system settings from our default configuration.
I’ve searched this forum, and haven’t seen where users get this error - the posts where I’ve seen things similar refer to the HTTP server task failing on the server. Does anyone have any idea of what might cause this?
