Weekly automated mailing

hi,

i am having requirement like : i want to send weekly status attaching the updated file from particular location to a particular group of people. How can i automate this process. It would be preferable to use java. Please guide me how to go about it.

Very simplified steps:1. Create a database on your server.

  1. Create a form in it to contain the names of the users you want to receive the file and create a view that will contain documents created with that form. This will let you change who should receive the message without having to change the agent.

  2. Create a document from your new form, put the names in it and save it.

  3. Create an agent, set the agent type to Java and write the code to create a mail message, attach the file, read the user names from your new document and send the mail message.

  4. Set the agent to run on a weekly schedule.
