Can a Websphere Edge proxy be successfully configured to act as a reverse proxy for multiple back-end Domino mail servers?
Are there any issues with how iNotes pages are constructed that cause “junction Rewrite” and “Reverse Pass” statements to not work as advertised/expected?
Has anyone done any work with this product and had success with this type of config?
We are also looking at Whale which I know can act as a reverse (internal URL masking/mapping) proxy to many Notes mail servers in the back-end with only having to have one external DNS name registered but not sure if Websphere can do exactly the same thing or is as robust.
Any comments or direction would be greatly appreciated. TIA
