Webservice consumer, works with "RunOnServer" but not in URL, ?openagent

I have an Webservice consumer. This consumer get data from an webservice that is on an internal server. The internal server is only avalible for the www-server. When I use “RunOnServer” and starts the agent from Domino Designer - it works fine

But when I use an URL to start the agent I get errors.

This is the firewall role:

remark Next line for communication WEB-SERV → INTERNALSERVER

permit tcp host 192.1xx.xxx.xxx gt 1023 host 192.1xx.1.1xx eq 80

When I use RunOnserver - it works fine

But when i use an URL like http://web-serv/my_nsf.nsf/myconsumer?openagent i get an error

And so on…

What is wrong?

Is the firewall role wrong?

Anything else?
