I have a server with webonly users registered, users is added in the nab directly with a firstname, lastname, fullname and an email adress.These users is added into groups and therse groups is in readers fields in documents.
In some cases I get that a users can’t see a certain document even though the group is in the readers field. If I add the user directly there is now problem but if I add the group the document is hidden.
Has anybody encountered anything like this ?
Any ideas how to solve this ?

If you are using DA, check also that the document has the Group Authorization, enabled (Disabled by default)

It seams like the user lookup cache stops updating . I have tried diffrent methods to fix the problem but no luck so far, the only thing that helps if I gets the problem is to restart the server and that is not funny when you have several hundred users using the system 24/7
