Webmail with swedish åäö

If I send an email from Damo 6.5.4 and the person that should read the email is on the same server and has webmail if the email body contains åäö these are substituted with edv if the email is sent externaly this works but internally this error ocurrs. Does anyone have any clue how I can fix this ?

I’ve found a solution on the problem. Turn of Word as the Email editor and then it will work just fine.
