Webmail issue

I am seeing a problem where a user will not see a response from several folks when they reply back to her in the webmail. You can see the response if you are using your Notes client but not through webmail. Has anyone seen this issue?

Is you webmail server the same as your Notes server? Basically, do you have HTTP running on your mail server? If this is a seperate server, is replication working?

Yes it is on the same server.

I’ve seen this a few times…and I’ve had varying degrees of success fixing it. One solution for me was to replace their mail template design with the regular mail template…restart the router service on the server and then replace the mail template with the domino web access mail template and again restart the router. That worked for some people. For others, the fix was to make sure they were current and up to date with their windows and java updates…as strange as that may sound.
