Domino R702 cannot access webmail let me explain. users logon and the page loads but only shows calendar entries NOT email. Usually this is due to acl rights. Tried multi users with manager access rights and same issue??? Only see calendar entries.I tried extended and webmail inotes ntf also ACL advanced was tested on manager setting same thing. Could it be due to the fix pack I never installed it.

As calendar entries and mail are in same database ACL can’t be the reason here. May be a problem with Java settings on your browser. Try opening it from a different machine. Also try downloading and setting up Java Runtime Envrionment, change security settings in browser so that Java code could run.
