I have an individual accessing his mail (using Mail8.5 template) from a Blackberry Playbook. He also accesss it from Linux and another platform. He gets the option to select ‘Full’, ‘Lite’, and ‘Ultra Lite’ on all but the Blackberry Playbook. On the Blackberry, He only gets options Full, and Lite. He needs the option Ultra Lite. He currently just uses a shortcut to get to Ultra Lite but finds it desirable to get the option like he gets using other platforms. Where do I go to get started on this. I know the database is set to open ‘MailFS’ but I can’t find where the decision is made depending on the browser connected.
