Hello

One client gets some error messages when he presses a mail link on the web. Notes starts, but he dosent get in the compose mode, where the e-mailadress (which link he pressed on the internet) is filled in.

The error messages he gets is:

  • cant find spesialdatabaseobject

  • cant find the form: WebBrowser4Form

This works for all the other users.

Anyone that can help?

Have you tried replacing the design with template?

By chance, is the browser version the same?

The bowser is the same. IE.

How do one replace the template? Is it possible to replace the template with a template from another user?
