Webadmin lacks Resend held/dead mail function - any way to do it?

I do not see any way to “Resend Held Mail” or “Resend for Last Time” through the Webadmin interface. This is such a crucial feature for remote admin, I am hoping there is a way to do this. All I see is a delete option.

Is there a way to access these functions through webadmin?

The feature is actually missing from the mail.box template (webadmin just shows it inside a frame).I wrote a feature request to add the web-equivalent of those action buttons to the template.
