We have just given some of our users notes web access, they previously used the full notes client. All is fine until they come to send or read an encrypted email or send a signed email. When they do this they are prompted to enter a notes password to match thier id.
This is extremly annoying as its company policy to sign all messages. Does any one know any way to store the password or stop it prompting everyting.
Hi gavin,the ability to read encrypted messages is new in Domino Web Access. This is only possible if you import your Notes Id via the Preferences->Security Tab from your Web Interface. If you do this you can read encrypted Mails in the Browser. You will be prompted every time you want to read a encrypted !! Mail (of course, if not there wouldn`t be any security left) There will be no prompt for signed Messages.
