How can I fix this error to browse the net from within LN client. Clicking on a link causes the following error message - “Web Retreival process is not running.”

this is typically caused by a bug in the pernames template. location documents have the internet browser set to microsoft BUT the retrieve pages is set to from internotes server.
edit the location document
change the browser to Notes
change the retrieve/open pages to from Notes workstation
change the browser back to what it was
save & close
Subject: check your location document
what browser is used? You might want to change it to something else, like IE or another installed browser. If you want to use the Notes browser, you must have perweb.nsf in your local data directory.
