I have a Web application. In that on click of a button i need to open a PDF file. I have the PDF file with me. Where do i need to store that in the database and how can i open that file in a seperate window on the click of that button. Can anyone help me on this.

What do you want to say? You have a PDF file in your pocket?
Well, to store your file in database, create a form with a file upload element
(Menu Create > Embedded element …)
To open your file with a button, use @URLOpen with an URL to open your file
(something like this) :
http://server/database/view/UNIDDocument/$File/Filename?OpenElement
view : if you don’t use a specific name put “0” (zero) or “$defaultView” (a
default view must be specified in your database)
(see in Designer help for more infos about Domino and URL’s)
To open this file in separate window, in button properties, for target, put
“_blank”
