Web preview of Local database

When I try to do a web preview for a local database I get the error message “Unable to Locate the program”. My notes client is 8.0.2 Standard edition.

OS is Vista Enterprise, SP1.

When I searched in the forum for similar problems I encounterd this thread.

Even there, no definite solution is provided. Any help will be much appreciated.
