All-I’ve been away from Notes since '02. So, my apologies if this is a rhetorical issue. I searched the forum on this and the results mainly dealt with scripts. I’m working in a gov’t plant environment where users are trying to send web pages(I.E. 6.0) through Notes where the page would be imbedded into the body of the sent document. The error message above in the subject line is what follows. Thanks in advance.
Subject: Web navigator retrieval process is not running
I’ve managed to correct it by editing their location document and on the Internet Browser tab changing their browser from (in our case) Microsoft Internet Explorer to Notes with Internet Explorer. This seems to restart the web nav retrieval process. Then you can either go back in and change their browser (we have a policy that changes their browser to IE). I don’t know why it happens and it very rarely happens to the same person twice.
