WEB navigator retrieval process error when pasting HTML

Hi, I keep getting the error message “The WEB navigator retrieval process is not running” when I paste HTML contents.

For example, I’m on a web page and select part of it and issue a Ctrl-C (or Copy). Then, in a new memo in Notes, I issue a Ctrl-V (or Paste) and I receive the error message.

This does not happen if I do a “Paste Special” and select “Rich Text” or “Text”. Only when I paste “HTML” data.

Any idea?

Thanks,

Marc Giguère

More info:

The source is from IE v6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158. The same problem occurs when using NetCaptor v7.5.3 (built on top of IE above).

I’m on a Tablet PC (Toshiba Portégé M200) running Windows XP Tablet PC edittion with SP2.

An email that still won’t open after editing Location and changing the Internet Browser setting will open in iNOTES, maybe you can paste it in as HTML in iNOTES as well
