Hello.
We have had a new user start in the organisation. An id was created for the new user. The user is able to get access to the intranet dbs via the Notes client but when she attempts to login via the browser she keeps getting the message username/password error. This error message comes up after the user has logged in and been prompted to chnage her password. Once the password has changed and she is redirected to the homepage of the intranet then the username/password message is displayed.
Was something not set-up correctly when the user was initially registered? Is something amiss in the ACL. The user has been explicitly defined in the ACL - I even gave her manager access in testing it.
ANy information would be appreciated.
