If server need credentials to login, why database inside it with Anonymous as Editor can access this db without asking to authenticate into server?

This mean that server will allow even if there is needed authentication in server. Correct?
Subject: Yes. Access to a Domino server from the Web is on a per Database basis.
Some can be fully secure w/ no Anonymous access and others can be left open.
