I have create a web registration form.This form belongs to registration.nsf in a folder “Xceed” in the development server.This form is working fine.But the problem is when i run in web as www.development.com/Xceed/registration.nsf/registration,its shows the view,which i dont want.As i want to not to show any user.

ANy help…?

I assume what you are saying is that you have a view and an agent with the same name. If so, then either change the name of one of them or add “?openagent” to the end of your URL.

    First you should be More clear. just you have provided the link. and you havent said what is the view name and what is the form name.

see for eg:

http://10.10.10.10/myfolder/mydb.nsf/myview/myform?OpenForm

the link above opens the form called “myform”

similarly when u omit “/myform” the url will open the view called “myview”.

and when you omit “/myview” the url will open all the view’s that the database contains.

so in order to open your registration form than opening the view you should mention “/myform?OpenForm” in the url correctly.

another option if you want to restrict a user from viewing a view. then you should create something called as $$ViewTemplate form.

and you can provide customized Message for the user in that form.

so check out the url generation.
