User accesses his Lotus Notes e-mail (dwa7.ntf based) over the Internet (via Domino Web Access Redirect iwaredir.ntf); he has a Mac and uses FireFox. He does not have a Notes client. He is working okay except, in his words, "I can’t use the down arrow to scroll down emails. Also I am not seeing more than one page of items in inbox, sent, or in files I have set up and can’t get to the rest. " In FireFox, he has Enable Javascript and Enable Java both checked. Under Advanced-General-Browsing, he has “Use autoscrolling” checked and “Use smooth scrolling” not checked. I do the same exact thing on my PC and am okay so I am guessing this has something to do with him using a Mac. Any ideas on how to remedy the problems?
