I have encountered an issue where “user A” is editing doc and “user B” opens and edits. All operations (e.g. save) work fine but there is a repl/save conflict. I understand this happens in Notes… and that the conflicts should be resolved, etc. I’m used to this on the Notes client side but not the web. Is there a way to “lock” the document? …and a way to alert “user B” that the document is currently being edited?
Subject: web docs & replication/save conflicts
There have been many discussions on this subject (do a search on “web and document locks”).
The most used one is through webQuerySave / WebQueryOpen agents.
