Is there a way to increase or turn off the idle session lock timeout value of 10 minutes? We already have a policy that locks the workstation if idle for more than 10 minutes. I don’t want the email to lock.Thanks in Advance!

Look in your Web SSO Configuration document. There is a section called Token Expiration. The minimum timeout is set by default to 15 minutes.
