After clicking on inbox page, “Error encountered fetching data. Click browser’s refresh button to reload the page.” Then I click on refresh button but nothing changes. What should I do?
Subject: web access problem
I have seen that problem with a couple of users in the past. All of them were using AOL. The problem seems to have disappeared. Maybe newer revisions of AOL?

There is no AOL in the computers. I think it’s because of design. Mail6ex.ntf doesn’t cause a problem but inotes6 and inotes60.ntf design’s cause it. What can I do?

I Have the exact same problem. It happened rarely from the beginning, then I have around 30 accounts out of over 100 iNotes account report that problem. Here what I tried: - I changed the template from iNotes60.ntf to mail6.ntf. After making sure that mail6.ntf was ok on the Web. I changed back to iNotes60.ntf. This way worked for a few account. However, some didn’t work.

Some of our users also overuse but I don’t think that it is the problem. I have found some clues in this forum that have responded previously. If you search by error message, you can see them too. But I haven’t solved the problem yet. I also changed the design to mail6.ntf and it works but I want to use the other. Pls. write me if you solve.
