I want to force my users to change their internet password. So, I have it set up in the nab and they are successfully prompted to change their password. However, when they hit the submit button, they receive an error HTTP WEB SERVER LOTUS NOTES EXCEPTION - remote system no longer responding.

Not sure what I am missing. Is their additional configuration that I need to set up?
