Thanks to everyone so far who has helped me with DWA. I’ve gotten the redirect to work. I only have 2 issues with this now:
1- The login screen is just a yellow box on the upper left hand corner that says Server Login. How do you enable a friendly web interface, one that users can choose lite or not?
2- All the users do not have an Internet password and if I set it, it works, but how does it remain in sync with their notes ID password? That one works with Windows password and syncs up.

To answer the first question it sounds like the server is throwing up the standard login screen. You have to set up a the Domino Web Server Configuration database to map a logon form to what your trying to do with webmail.
To answer the second question you can set a security policy to update the Internet password when the Notes client password changes.

For the password policy to work, is it neccesary to give author rights to all users in order to auto update the internet password to the same as notes?

To extend on your first question, try using the DWALoginForm, you can find instructions on how to set it up in the last section of the Administrator help doc. “Using Domino Web Access Redirect to access mail in Domino Web Access”
If you use it, users can pick the lite or full interface.
