Hi,
I’m new to Domino Web Access. When I pull up my server “http://server.domain.com” it brings me to a default Domino page where I can access guides. How can I get it to bring me to a welcome page that asks me for a username and password so that my users can log into their mail?

In your server config doc you set the default page for your domain. You can make that a tiny welcome db with ACL set to not allow Anon Access. That will force authentication.
Now you’ll need one of those redirector db’s (sandbox?) in order to redirect folks to their mail files.

I was looking for iwaredir.nsf but I don’t have that file. Does anyone know what file I need to use on Domino 6.5.3 to do the redirect?

That file is a template that ships with the server. Grab it from your CD.
You have to select ‘Show Advanced Templates’ in the New Database Dialogue Box in order to see it. it’s called ‘Domino Web Access Redirect’ in the list.
