If a User access the Domino server with Web Client to read emails DB, and during the same time the server fixup this mail database, the mail user database will be locked until you restart http service with the consol (not with the restart option).
Error message:
21.01.2010 16:55:37 HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - This database is currently in use by another person or process, and cannot be accessed at this time. In order to share a Notes database, it must be accessed via a Domino Server by all users

The error could be reproductible.
If you restart the http task from the Server Task menu, the error is not cleared.
If you open the Domino Server Consol:
Load http quit
Load http
The error is gone.
