While using Web Access, if the first attachment has been emailed to someone with a file name name and then I recieve back a totally new attachment with the same file name, then what I see is the first attachment I sent. I never see their attachment unless the sender uses a different name.
Today, I received a file from a sender that used a file name that I had used months ago on another attachment and when I opened their attachment I opened the older attachment. I had to go into the Lotus Notes Client to actually pull up the current attachment to see what it was.
We have many users in the filed that use Web Access. This does NOT happen with the Lotus Notes Client, but it always happens while using the Web Access. Why is Web Access not able to keep track of the attachments as well as the Lotus Notes Client (Vs. 8.01)? What needs to be done to correct this issue for Web Access?
