I recently had a need to know which templates my 400+ mail files were inheriting designs from without going to the database properties on each file. Is there a form/field name I can use to create a private view in the Domino Directory to list them, kind of like the Files view on the administration client, except with the additional information of the template name? TIA.

You can find it in catalog.nsf.

On the FILES tab, scroll over to the right quite a bit, and it will give you the names of the template (not the filenames, but the template name instead) for each database.
Maybe that will work for you.
