We require our users to change their Notes and Internet passwords every 90 days, however, we have one account, a dummy account, so to speak for new employees, before their ID’s are set up to use to gather certain documents from our website. I’ve set that to Not Check for password, but every now and then someone still goes in and changes it. Is there a way to prevent that password and only that password from ever being changed?
Subject: Couldn’t you use an authors field?
Seems like an easy resolution would be to add an authors field to that person document in the NAB and exclude the user from it. Or am I missing something?
