I keep seeing the message "Warning folder list exceeds 64k, List size is [63718]
Does anyone know what that means?

Simply put, you have too many folders nested too deep. There is a limit to the storage for folder names and your hitting it…
i.e.
Folder = 6
Folder\One = 10
Folder\Two = 10
Folder\Two\A = 12
Folder\Two\B = 12
Total = 50… and so on… Either archive some folders or shorten / abbreviate existing folder names…
