Well i want to edit the entry in the acl of the user , but the user has left the organization and dont have the id file and password , i cant edit it from the admin client file tab as it says u r not authorized and cant run the notes client on the server due to security issue of the organization is there any other way for this please urgent

check acl privilege first i think it belongs to acl authority /might be anit virus / for more call me on ajitnarayan123@gmail.com

In the Admin client go to Administration > Full Access Administrator, once enabled you have full access to all dbs on the server regardless of ACL. You can then go into the ACL and add names as needed. Make sure you disable Full Access Admin when done.
