User A wants every calendar entry that User B creates but not mail messages.
If I do a “copytodatabase” simple action triggered “when documents are created or modified” in User B’s mail file, I get not only the calendar entries but also the sent messages.
I only want the calendar entries.
Any way to solve this?

Subject: Want to copy new calendar entries from one mf to another
Why not set up User A as a delete in User B’s mail file, with access to read calendar documents? This eliminates messing with the design of the mail template and will allow user A to see all of User B’s calendar entries.
Subject: RE: Want to copy new calendar entries from one mf to another
Because user A needs the entries in their own calendar so the entries will transfer to their handheld (they can’t view another person’s calendar via the handheld)
I’ll just create a view with all calendar entries that do not contain a “processed” field then run an agent off that view to copy the entry and insert a “processed” field so the entry doesn’t get recopied the next go-'round
