Waiting for new mail fields

Im migrating our users across to a new mail server running 8.5 fp1. The first 10 people moved across without any issues. The next day when using the same process (Adminp) to move mail files the process seems to be getting stuck at “monitor new mail file fields”. Adminp reports every minute that it is still waiting for the new mail fields.

In the person documents I can see the field “NewMailClientUpdateFlag” with a date of 05/12/2008 (for some reason) and the field flag “SUMMARY NAMES PROTECTED” but no fields called “NewMailFile” or “NewMailServer” which I am guessing is the reason for the problem. Why hasn’t the administration server added the new fields to the document yet?

I have seen the following information relating to this and ensured that replication has happened between the old/new mail server and the admin server for admin4 and names. The users in question are logged onto the old server and have access to the new one. In one case I deleted the old mail file and the adminp requests and re-submitted a request to move the mail file but I go the same issue. I also recreated admin4.nsf and restarted the server.

I created an agent to create the fields myself and the process completed. Im guessing for some reason adminp doesnt have access to create the field?
