Hello everyone. I am new to Domino Designer. Can you please tell me how to show pieces of information from different views in one view? Can I create a query behind a view? Any help would be appreciated!

Each view row can only display information from a single document. Notes is not a relational database, and you cannot “join” views of different document types.

As per the screen shot below, under Application Design, there is an entire chapter on Designing views. Views show documents based on a selection formula. Views can even show “virtual documents”, meaning data that comes from sources such as DB2 using tools like LEI and DECS. (search the help DB for more on those tools). Starting with ND7 (in beta now) when using the optional DB2 backend, you will be able to create more advanced views using SQL queries and joins.
