Please clearify my confusion over folder and views ?
how they are different from each other , i searched the forum for it but did not found stasifactory answer. Hope

Views are used to organize and display a collection of related data records in a series of rows and columns similar to a spreadsheet. Using a selection formula, Lotus Notes determines which documents are displayed in the view. All documents that meet the selection criteria rule or rules are subsequently included when the view is opened.
Folders enable you to store and manage related documents, without putting them into a category. folders are also convenint because you can drag documents to them.
The Main Difference between a folder and a view is that a folder does not have selection formula. It is up to the user to decide which documents are to be stored in folder. this can also done programmatically.
